• Legal part includes surrogacy attorney assistance, personal manager assistance, interpreter services, translation and notarization of all necessary documents, preparation of surrogate mother contract, full surrogacy arrangements, assistance in signing of a contract with an infertility center, legalization and apostil stamp, receiving Ukrainian Birth Certificate in Register Office, preparation of required documents for Embassy to obtain travel passport for a baby, assistance inside the Embassy till your departure.

3. EXCLUSIVE LIVE-MATCHING WITH AN EGG-DONOR

• Perfect Surrogacy makes it easy for you to choose an ovum donor that will meet all your expectations and wishes. Moreover, your reproductive doctor will suggest you the best candidate that fits exactly your couple. Our donors are young, healthy, and with at least one healthy child.

• After you sign an agreement, you can start choosing a profile from a presented list. If you need a special model egg donor, we have a possibility to cooperate with model agencies on this matter.  

 

 

4. SELECTION OF BEST SURROGATE MOTHERS

• Perfect Surrogacy Coordination Center's first duty is to find a very good gestational surrogate mother for every infertile couple. This is 50% of the success of the program.

• Almost all our surrogates already have experience in this field, they are healthy as physically, so mentally. They undergo a number of serious medical examinations, so-called medical checkups before entering the program. You will be nicely surprised when you meet your surrogate mom.

 

5. MEETING WITH SURROGATE

• Perfect Surrogacy Center offers to meet your candidate even before the procedure of embryo-transfer if it is requested by intended parents. Every couple has its own individual approach to this question. We are very flexible on this matter. Usually, this meeting takes place on the 12-weeks ultrasound, as the gestational term reaches 3 months and pregnancy becomes stable. An important rule is to keep the communication between surrogate mother and future parents only via coordination manager and in presence of personal assistance. We have experience in it and this is the best way for such communication.

 

6. FAST PROCESS, WITHOUT WAITING TIME AND LINES

• Perfect Surrogacy cooperates with IVF clinics and reproductive doctors directly and guarantees you no waiting time. Usually waiting time is from 3-6 months from the signing of the contracts with the clinic and between procedures. We guarantee your first attempt in 1,5 months (maximum 3 months if PGD) after your first visit and signing of the agreement and the same time between procedures. This is a reasonable period for surrogate mother and egg donor synchronization, also medical tests to arrive.

• We work directly with doctors through an agreement and special conditions, so we also have no waiting time and no lines, unlike patients that go directly to a clinic.

 

7. PERSONAL COORDINATOR AND INTERPRETER

• From the moment you apply by mail, phone, or Skype, you become a center of attention for our coordinators. A specialized coordinator is fixed for you from this very moment to help you in every step. No matter what language you speak, we will have an interpreter for communication for the whole period of the ART program.

• You will feel comfortable, informed, and prepared legally, with documents, medical tests, etc. Your coordinator will be personally present with you in the clinic during your visits to Ukraine.
